I'm Manna, and I've spent 6 years being the person that busy teams rely on when things need to actually get done. Not just completed. Done right, on time, without them having to follow up.
I've worked remotely with companies in Nigeria, Canada, and the U.S., across dental practices, growing startups, and established organizations. What stays the same across all of them is this: I show up with the same level of ownership whether I'm managing a 100-email inbox or building an SOP system from scratch.
At DentistFind, I wasn't just support staff. I was the person onboarding new clients, writing documentation, compiling performance reports, and keeping communication flowing across departments. That's the kind of work I do.

Authored and maintained the official customer support process documentation for DentistFind's Freshdesk environment, covering tone, ticket handling, escalation protocols, and response timeframes.
Managed complex multi-timezone scheduling across Google Calendar, Zoom, Calendly, and Zoho Calendar for a distributed team. Coordinated 50+ meetings with zero scheduling conflicts across departments.
Compiled 70+ monthly client performance and lead tracking reports at DentistFind. Conducted data analysis for academic and project management clients, including ARDL cointegration models and market trend research.
Developed a full outreach-to-delivery funnel for LinkedIn profile optimization services, including intake documentation, follow-up sequences, client onboarding templates, and a post-delivery feedback system.
Built a full onboarding template suite at DentistFind covering first-contact messaging, account setup, welcome sequences, and post-onboarding check-ins. Used across the entire Client Success team.
